Just want to pass on my thanks to mil Paul and terry for a fantastic job as I didn’t get to see them today. They were fast, efficient and tidy and am totally impressed with the windows and doors.

Thank them too for fixing my back gate bolt and the loose curtain rail!!!

In July 2020 Apple windows came to replace all my windows in my bungalow. I had chosen a different design to my originals but that didn’t create any problems as Rob and I went through each window, one being 3m wide. The team came round to fit them, Mil, Paul and Terry and they did a brilliant job, no disruption at all, they worked together like a well oiled machine and everything was cleared away, you wouldn’t have known they had been here. At the end of the day I am very pleased with my new windows.

One minute we had a scrappy old wooden door with poor security, and seemingly the next we had a very smart looking uPVC replacement with better security, more light and better insulation. No mess, not fuss. Great job, thanks.

The door was installed by the Apple installation team to a very high standard of professional workmanship. We were kept informed and instructed where necessary at each stage of the installation. Finally when the installation had been completed the area was cleaned and all surplus materials removed.

We are extremely pleased with the choice of finish/obscured glass etc you helped us to decide upon, the over all look from out side is spot on, as is the inside. The match to our next door neighbours’ windows & roof line is very good indeed, these where also supplied and installed by you & your team several ‘trouble free’ years ago.

The window/door team and the roof line team were both very polite & keen to avoid any inconvenience to us. Both teams also had to contend with our lovely rainy summer.

The window team worked mainly from the inside of each room only removing the frames etc they could replace each day. Apart from the lovely new units fitted each day, there was nothing else to suggest they had been inside at all.

The sound deadening effect of the windows and door are better than we were expecting

Having decided to replace our Victorian sash windows with a more modern equivalent we opted to use a local firm as opposed to one of the Nationals & very pleased we did. Rob ran through various options available having listened to our needs, price was well in line with expectations & lead time was also acceptable. Fitting by Richard as noted in other reviews is exceptional, a true craftsman whose work is to be applauded. Would certainly recommend to others.

We are really pleased with the service that we have received from Apple, the installation team were very friendly and worked hard to ensure that the project was completed on time. The quality of work is fantastic and we are very impressed with the finished product. Apple were very competitive and the total cost of the replacement roof was almost a quarter of a quote that we had received from another window company beginning with an A! I would recommend Apple without hesitation

I really can’t thank you enough for the superb job your company has done in replacing the windows at Ermine Court for me. The windows look really great and have made a huge difference in keeping the cold and noise out. You can hardly hear the trains now when they go past and the tenants have had to turn their heating off as the flat is keeping so much warmer.

The fitters were also apparently extremely tidy and there was no trace that they had accessed the flat apart from the new windows and the smell of mastic! They have also carried out the work in such a way that the surrounding walls and paint work appear to be practically untouched – I don’t know how they managed it!
